Cocktail Food Station
Minimum of 50 People
Pasta Station
Penne tossed with cherry tomatoes, eggplant, fresh mozzarella and basil. Orecchiette tossed with wild mushrooms, grilled marinated chicken, sun dried tomatoes and virgin olive oil
Oven Roasted Whole Beef Tenderloin
Horseradish cream sauce, miniature rolls
Carving Station
Steamship round of beef, Baked ham with honey and spiced mustard, Herb stuffed turkey breast. All of the above are sliced by a chef and served with mini rolls, vine ripe tomatoes and condiments
Sushi and Maki Station (6 Pieces/Person)
Maki: salmon skin, California, Spicy tuna, Smoked eel, Cucumber and avocado. Nigiri: Smoked eel, Octopus, Tuna, Salmon, Hamachi, Crab meat, Shrimps
Salmon Station
Minimum of 50 People
Cocktail Food Station
Atlantic salmon sliced by a chef and served on pumpernickel bread with condiments and horseradish cream sauce
Market Vegetable Station
Selection of crudités, dips, around the world cheese and crackers, Selection of tropical fruits and yogurt sauces
Indian and Thai Station
Chicken and beef skewers with peanut dressing, Fish in red curry, Vegetables in dry curry, Chicken fried rice
